Alien photographed in Lake Tahoe

well I found this one floating around the internets this morning, not too sure what to think of it yet.
Taken Lake Tahoe, USA, taken by Lloyd Deneau
Lloyd claims that he didnt see this in his picture until he downloaded it to his computer, he thinks its
a.) a leprechaun
b.) a baby sasquatch
c.) an alien
Its also been noted that this creature was moving very quickly and only about 3 feet tall.
I think its little red riding hood
