Lammas this Friday

We are about to come across the first harvest of the season, Lammas in the Wiccan tradition. It's the time to celebrate the food coming into our lives and it's also the beginning of the end of summer, where you are just starting to notice that summer isn't going to last forever, in fact it's half over.

It's interesting that it is also happening on a new moon this year, a very good time to let old ideas and dreams go. I'm also clearing out a lot of crap from my life, stuff I didn't get a chance to donate because of our sudden move from Vancouver Island to the Halifax area. I'm letting go of my old life, dreams and stuff.
