Ghost Hunters
I have been watching them for a while. And I must say I like how they not only take the "old school" ways but also take it a scientific approach. Plus unlike some "Paranormal Investigation" show I have seen they DON'T always catch something, not every place is haunted( a term they don't use loosely) plus the explain what is/might be causing the problem.

The only real problem I have with ghosthunters is that when they don't find any ghost activity in a location they say its "not Haunted" well anyone knows that ghosts aren't on a regular schedule. Just because they aren't active when you're there doesn't mean they wont be when you leave or two days later.
