Chupcabra Caught On Tape!!! Empty Chupcabra Caught On Tape!!!

Footage of a "chupacabra" has been filmed from the dashcam of a Cuero,Texas police car.
Its quite obviously canid, perhaps a wolf or dog with Mange??
