Alien Caught On Video In Home

I dont know much of this video other than it was sent to a couple who run some major websites for their input...They sent to George Noory over at coast to coast.

There's a shadow above the "Alien" that moves and changes.
Whats that? I don't think it's real, seems like a hoax.
