El Chupacabra (The Goat-Sucker)

A creature said to inhabit Puerto Rico (where these sightings were first reported), Mexico, and the United States.
Witnesses report a lizard-like creature with glowing red-eyes and vampire like fangs. Usually involves stories of dead livestock with two fang marks on the neck or belly.

Have seen one? Discuss.
